What users are saying

1. So far I've had to the only used it a couple of times both times have been successful and save me who knows how much time but in comparison to the past when losing keys if you go as far as up to an hour or sometimes LOL! That's it I think the only thing that would need improvement on is when you try to go and locate your phone from one of the peripheral tiles and doesn't always activate the phone and I believe that is probably just from lack of connectivitySo far, it's great! I like that there is a volume control setting-wasn't sure if the ring would be loud enough but it's a good volume.

2. They also send you a free battery when they notice it's getting low or needs replacing! I highly recommend, especially if you're prone to losing items.I've been using Tile for a little over a year and it is a game changer! I have ADHD and anxiety so I tend to lose things a lot and have panic attacks and melt downs when I do.

3. The tiles don't even work if ur phone is too far away so whats the point of always tracking. Two year update... Seems to connect and find my 4 sets of keys, a wallet and back to my phone about 90+% of the time.

4. The tile devices themselves do seem to have a lifespan, after about 2 years my first generation tiles have died and I had to buy new ones.

5. I had to try multiple times before the tile would connect to my phone even after going through the instructions several times.

6. A true lifesaver of an invention and an excellent investment - over and over and over (ad infinium)!I started using the tile app when it was first available in stores to buy.

7. Overall, worth it, just wish it was betterSuch a useful tool, I love being able to find my phone and keys easily whenever I want.

8. But because I got tile I haven't lost anything! At this point I usually don't even start looking for an object before checking tile.

9. This is a much higher percentage than what l've experienced with Pebble Bee or the first edition of the Tile.

10. I've never lost it since having a tile device.

11. I decided to finally write a review because I recently had to go through customer service about an unexpected charge and they were super nice and helpful and even got me a refund! The tracking is nice, the app is too annoying.
