myTP Customer Insights

1. They're planning to replace the previous app with this one but I don't see how this is supposed to work if I can't even log in.In not size responsive, while tring to fill the TP Sentiment the send button goes out of screen as the pop up grows.

2. Also "settings" seem to reset when the screen rotates... (I know, right?) Upcoming employee birthdays would be useful, if this was a social platform, but I don't think this feature should be present for a number of reasons.

3. That's just waaay too much to do for an app I havent even been able to log into.Update: end of year: This app works for about a week, then blanks out to a white screen.

4. Black screen all the time, doesn't even launch a simple text or error code, anything.

5. And lots of loading.I can't even log in, it times out when I put the verification code from my phone in and this past time I tried it gave me a weird popup saying to contact system admin.

6. I haven't been able to get past a blank white screen since.

7. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling too many times to count.Not so useful The option payslip is hidden, when should be the second or third.

8. Now I cannot get back into the app to log out or anything.The app is not working anymore for the past weeks and shows white blank screen.

9. So, I tried to use MyTP on my actual work computer, but as soon as I type in my credentials, it's says Undefined.

10. First, I tried to use the "How Am I Feeling Today?" and after putting in my info for that, I couldn't scroll down to hit Send.

11. The app just loads a white screen.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix myTP Issues

1. Fix myTP Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart myTP: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the myTP App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "myTP" » Open myTP » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for myTP » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear myTP app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from myTP servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "myTP" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check myTP app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, myTP might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall myTP. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall myTP then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing myTP not working


2. Fix myTP Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make myTP be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to myTP not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, myTP may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
