1. Book chapter and verse navigation is easy to use and customizable.Just started using this for a Bible memory class I'm taking at my church and while I enjoy K.J.B. for personal Bible reading time, this version is easier for scripture memory and when you have to quote scripture to a non-believer.
2. I have both installed and the new version does have more features etc, but for me the old one is just simpler and more intuitive to navigate. This worked great for a while--until they suddenly started ad dumping and requiring me to tap past a dozen introductory pages every time I opened the app.
3. Just wish it had an audio version that came with this app that I could play and listen to when doing housework.Really enjoy having the text read to me while I do other things.
4. I was trying several other Bible Apps this last 3 years and found myself going back to Encarta.
5. One caveat, switching between devotionals and supplementary texts is a little confusing at first but once you've done it, it's not an issue.I have used Encarta Bible Apps for a number of years now.
6. It syncs perfectly between devices, and has a ridiculous amount of Bible versions and other helpful things.
7. Or you can buy the Bibles and other things, and then download them for offline use (I believe that the KJV is free).Great app.
8. I wasted my money because I will not use it.This is a great app! It's my favorite go-to for reading and especially for reference and concordance/verse look up function.
9. The software has the richness of something you're not getting for free!Tecarta is absolutely my favorite Bible app.
10. I downloaded a couple of different NASB apps that had every feature that I wanted except they were not red letter.
11. I also very much like the ability to go to the exact book, chapter, and verse and the flexibility to customize 2 or 3 click verse finds.
