Why should I report an Issue with Sweek. Free books and stories?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of Sweek to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. The only downside is that I feel that it is hard for books to get noticed because you have the categories e.g. new books, which is brilliant, however, I feel like a yearly competition would help undiscovered gems to be discovered and it would help more writers to grow etc or maybe reviews done by the team? There is one but the sweek team doesn't seem to be overly active on it which is a shame.It's a good app, however it can be excellent if bugs are fixed.

2. But may I ask for help? I logged out of my account but when I tried logging in with the aame email and password, it said "oops this is not a match" while I tried logging in on Google there is no error like this.

3. Turns out it hadn't been deleted I just no longer had access to MY STORY!!! I looked up the first story on a seperate account and found that once again it hadn't been deleted I just didn't have access to my story.

4. I also sent a few emails to the app developers over the past few months and have heard zero back.The concept of Sweek is brilliant and I have been using it since May 2018.

5. It also doesn't update the reads, likes and comments on stories in real time, which is a major problem, since I like to communicate with my readers.This is a brilliant app! I've only jsut recently got it and I am really wnjoying the experience so far.

6. i tried logging in through Facebook, i put in /my email, yet it opens another account which i don't even use anymore.

7. Edit (original was 3): i tried to to work around the bug and constantly check to see if it saved before closing the app or my phone.

8. For example, when I use browser to search a story, I cannot open it in app with "open with..." option, the app take too long to show or even not respond.

9. I have been trying to edit a chapter and have to constantly redo large chunks because it will suddenly go back to the top of the page not having saved ANYTHING.

10. Would be great if those issues could be fixed but overall still love this app.I started using Sweek in 2018.

1. Restart Sweek. Free books and stories: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Sweek. Free books and stories App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Sweek. Free books and stories" » Open Sweek. Free books and stories » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Sweek. Free books and stories » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Sweek. Free books and stories app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Sweek. Free books and stories servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Sweek. Free books and stories" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Sweek. Free books and stories app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Sweek. Free books and stories might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Sweek. Free books and stories. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Sweek. Free books and stories then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Sweek. Free books and stories not working

2. Fix Sweek. Free books and stories Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Sweek. Free books and stories be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Sweek. Free books and stories not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Sweek. Free books and stories may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
