Why should I report an Issue with Sweech - Wifi File Transfer?

Unfortunately, for months, i can't buy premium version: after "processing" I always get transaction was declined although I have used various means of payment with other apps (play credit, PayPal, etc..)Thank you sir, this is exactly what I wanted,! A simple http server app that lets me upload files to the SD card on my Android phone by dragging and dropping files and folders onto a browser window.

2. Edit: I wish I could give more stars! Selecting multiple files and sharing lets you download them as zipped! Loving the simplicity of this app.Not perfect- some options were less than immediately intuitive and a help tab would be useful, but of the many transfer apps I have tried this is the only one that successfully transferred my photos to PC without limitations or problems.

4. If your threat model includes the attacker being on your phone and able to read the configuration of other apps, securing your Sweech connection is a moot point.

5. I happily paid for the premium version to support your efforts.I just wanted to select and send a specific file via WiFi to PC through the "Share" interface and this app does it.

6. At first, I couldn't figure out how to do group file transfers from my phone to my pc, but watch the video here from the developer and it becomes pretty clear.

7. However, when file manager apps goes in to "selecting" mode, usually all the items default to the "not selected" state and you have to manually select items you actually want to do whatever you want to do.

8. And also playing musics & videos and viewing photos on pc from my mobile phone without transferring them is a plus point.

9. You can transfer it as much as you have Battery left in your phone.

10. I also have noticed that once I return home sometimes it does not launch when my phone connects to Wi-Fi.

1. Fix Sweech Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Sweech: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Sweech App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Sweech" » Open Sweech - Wifi File Transfer » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Sweech » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Sweech - Wifi File Transfer app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Sweech servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Sweech - Wifi File Transfer" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Sweech app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Sweech might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Sweech. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Sweech then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Sweech not working

2. Fix Sweech Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Sweech be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Sweech not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Sweech may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
