1. So, i would have to upload another card in order to continue and after 72 hours they might recharge my card again and that would be wastage of balance.Rate 1 Star - App doesn't accept me to register, a pop-up message "session expired" ๐ Updated rate to 4 Stars - This has been resolved after time settings have been adjusted to Mecca time (GMT+3) ๐ I overpaid my bill.
2. Also, still can't save mada card and can't use visa which I've been telling you for the past 3 years and y'all not helping at all.- Voice distortion -Balance load thru urpay digital card issues -it will deduct balance but stc wont recharge and show you service unavailable.
3. I have enough strong data in mobile,latest android version , updated UI , Google play services enabled, everything is fine even though same issued since last 4 months.So there is no way to transfer your line to STC.
4. - tried their support team thru call and thru chat but no good response except to wait for 72 hours.
5. mySTC app don't allow me because I'm not a registered user and if I want to register the app said I don't have line with STC so I can't register.
6. Visited store to solve my issue and they say it takes time after filling out info on a paper and handed over my Iban certificate.
7. Called the customer care 3 times, only help they can offer everytime is switching the phone off for five minutes, then it will work.
8. When I contacted the Twitter support they said contact live support through the app which is again available to only registered user.
9. - - Broken, many things don't work, cannot even use my card to purchase Internet subscriptions, or add a new card.
10. Nice design dev.Can't recharge because I can't enter anything because the keyboard doesn't appear and I can't copy paste from another app.
11. Disgraceful.After 1 week use app suddenly not working and reload option will appear, than close it and again open it the same ,finally I do uninstall than install it working, the same process do every week.
