1. Have you heard of a free sample? I lost $7 trying to finish a book I found on google play for $3.99!! After a $3 book credit I paid $0.99. Im at the point of lodging complaints with the platforms and my credit card company.If your a fast reader and don't plan on spending money this isn't the app for you.

2. It took me 8 days and reading 2 free books to get enough coins to unlock the entire book I downloaded it for.

3. The first couple chapters on Facebook reeled me in, but quickly realized I had to pay to unlock each chapter and some chapters cost different than others and there's no one price for the whole story anywhere.

1. Fix Kiss Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Kiss: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Kiss App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Kiss" » Open Kiss: Read & Write Romance » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Kiss » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Kiss: Read & Write Romance app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Kiss servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Kiss: Read & Write Romance" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Kiss app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Kiss might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Kiss. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Kiss then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Kiss not working

2. Fix Kiss Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Kiss be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Kiss not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Kiss may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
