1. It doesn't feel worth going through this amount of trouble for a noted app that only has very basic functionality without a subscription, while still taking up at least ten times the storage space as other basic notes apps.
2. The cross-platform feature differentiates it from other apps, letting you use the app with the same notes on multiple devices, whether they be your phone or desktop computer.
3. It's really good, I would say it could improve some ease of usability instructions for the decryption of stored notes.Since updating it's been borderline unusable.
4. There is an editor with vim bindings so I guess that will have to do.Standard Notes is a very powerful and secure note taking app.
5. I can't count how many secure note apps I've tried before Standard Notes.
6. Encrypted backups and versions are great except if you load a backup to an account that is part of the backup already then the notes AND extensions duplicate as well.
7. My one massive complaint is the mobile app KEEPS! CRASHING! Luckily I just need to launch it back up again and I dont seem to lose any progress even when I'm mid-sentence typing, but gosh is it annoying to be booted several times while typing one note.
8. I have not been able to access my notes from my phone ever since .
9. I feel pretty reassured because it lets me back up the notes to my pc storage in a way that doesnt take up a ton of space, and it is encrypted.
10. I really like that I can have my notes on my computer and my phone - all up to date as well as private.
11. However, they have been distracted by trying to replace Evernote, Docs, Office, Sheets, Authy, Bitwarden, and other productivity apps.
