1. Dumped the old app, reinstalled, changed email addresses and passwords and no matter what, it keeps telling me my user name and password is not valid (and that's with the help desk walking me thru the set up process step by step) Temp password they gave me doesn't work.

2. Useless!No highlight or copy text means one cannot easily do a web lookup for words, phrases or names referenced in articles, which is very useful when reading articles.

3. The upside? At least it's free to read more than three articles a month.Terrible! I cannot see a complete page, cannot find my favorite sections, etc.

4. There isn't a quick and easy way to get to important things like election coverage, or filter out stuff I don't want like sports (which eats the front page).The search function is fully broken.

5. There are very dishonest and sketchy advertisements.This new app is a mess! After 7 years of using the old app with no problems, this update just flat doesn't work! Been on the phone 3 separate times.

6. Tried this on three different android phones and made sure my own phones autocomplete and word suggestions was disabled.

7. I have a digital subscription and it wasn't clear whether I wa getting a free version or a subscriber one.Notifications are very annoying.

8. I subscribed, loaded the app, and pretty quickly decided to cancel my subscription, because the app makes consuming the news quite difficult.

9. I'm absolutely positive they could do better (it's Silicon Valley, they could wander into a convenience mart and pick up a 6-pack of more competent app developers), but won't for reasons beknownst to only them.

10. Doesn't crash for me, but mobile experience is too simplistic and has poor UX.
