Why should I report an Issue with Gabbys Dollhouse: Games & Cats?

1. Don't need to be told what touch every 2 mins, especially when it's a function for the adults only.It is a very fun game but one problem that the rooms are pretty messy and when I organize them they become messy again! I will give you five stars if you make my progress or what I mean is if I put something in a different place I don't want it to change its place! Get it?? Also I dont se it educational for kids so if you can explain what is the educational part then definitely 5 stars!On the other hand it is a very good game.

2. why put all the effort into making a game and not fix it when it breaks???Is there a reason the little floating hand disables everything on screen and forces you to touch whatever it wants? When opening the app or going to a new room, my toddler loses function of the screen until she touches the camera or QR code, which then asks for a parent, and then she can't play at all... Really annoying that we can't disable it altogether.

3. Even if its teacher approved or editor's choice always look at the reviews first.To quote my 4 year old "This game sucks." It's difficult to navigate, there is a bunch of cluttered items that don't actually do anything or contribute to the game, the instructions ask you for items that aren't even an option and there is no way to refresh the options, and the instructions are just confusing bubbles.

4. Other times, it asks you to look at a privacy policy, which opens in your phone's default browser (ie Chrome) - but when you go back to the game, the only option is still to click on the privacy policy.

5. From memory, to counting, colors and numbers, and problem solving! Great app! My daughter is OBSESSED with this game.

6. I'm not the targeted audience for this game but I still tried it and it was a horrible experience it froze and lagged every second.

7. Was expecting way more from this franchise.Was a great game, my daughter loved it.

8. Edit: Big thanks to the developers for fixing the issue right away! Ive got a happy daughter, so I am one happy mama! No ads or in app purchases- which is a huge gift in this day in age! Fun and interactive games and lots of different things to do.

1. Fix Gab Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Gab: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Gab App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Gab" » Open Gabbys Dollhouse: Games & Cats » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Gab » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Gabbys Dollhouse: Games & Cats app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Gab servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Gabbys Dollhouse: Games & Cats" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Gab app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Gab might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Gab. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Gab then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Gab not working

2. Fix Gab Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Gab be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Gab not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Gab may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
