It's a request from a big fan on the game MY CITY.The game is very fun and exciting new things to explore and the game can enter different world if you install it and it's really good but the only problem is there's not much to explore and have to download much more games more more words I don't think that's really good but hope you love itThis game is lots of fun and very emersive.

   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "My City" » Open My City: Apartment Dollhouse » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for My City » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear My City: Apartment Dollhouse app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from My City servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "My City: Apartment Dollhouse" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check My City app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, My City might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall My City. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall My City then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing My City not working

2. Fix My City Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make My City be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to My City not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, My City may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
