1. Not sure how Google Play is going to help me get my magazine back.I purchased the APP in April and have NEVER been able to open the APP.
2. I then tried to submit a help request via the app in Sept and Oct, but it would never go through, kept getting a failed to send message.
3. Don't bother! I bought a magazine in Jul & tried to access it in Sept, but it was gone.
4. They have no problem taking your $40 and providing nothing but error messages and the answer to your questions..."sorry for your inconvenience".
5. So I went to their website and contacted customer service only to be told I needed to contact who ever I downloaded the app from.
6. The app had updated so I tried all the suggestions in the FAQs, none worked.
7. I can't even get a refund! I will give a shout out to Google Play Store.
8. When I called them, they could see the paid subscription and have sent me a formal complaint form.
9. RUN AWAY!Just bought and cant down load a dang thing.
10. Still dealing with Hoffman Media and there run-a-round.
11. This is not an inconvenience.
