1. Love it👍💚🧡💛💙Have been using this app for many years, but seems like im now unable to restore previous versions of a note, and lost critical information as a result.

2. My only suggestion for improvement would be an autosave feature.I've been using this app for YEARS, I love it, its awesome! Simple yet very efficient.

11. i have a lot of notes labeled 1:, 2:, 3:, 4:, and so on, but when i get to anything past 9:, the note gets put between the one and the two (1:, 10:, 2:, 3:, etc.). it's pretty frustrating, and i hope that something can be done about itI use this app almost everyday.

1. Fix SomNote Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart SomNote: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the SomNote App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SomNote" » Open SomNote - Beautiful note app » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SomNote » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear SomNote - Beautiful note app app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from SomNote servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SomNote - Beautiful note app" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check SomNote app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, SomNote might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall SomNote. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall SomNote then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing SomNote not working

2. Fix SomNote Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make SomNote be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to SomNote not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, SomNote may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
