Reverso Translate and Learn Customer Insights

1. Thirdly, have you ever watched a Mexican Netflix series? Your app is rather deficient in Mexican/ South American slang, which is vast!Wonderful translation app! It shows multiple translations to better define context, even slang! Languages not in the Latin alphabet ARE transliterated.

2. First, I would like better learning features and the ability to review all my history words and have the app keep track of how many times I have answered each one correctly.

3. For example, when learning french you're offered mutiple instances of your word in texts with its parallel translation.

4. Editing and even viewing saved vocab was strangely limited and varied from platform to platform—why?? It also seemed strange that as a subscriber I received no communication from Reverso.

5. Also in Conjugation was added pronunciation which is very helpful for learning French.

6. What's worse, if you mess up, the text doesn't return to the screen making it impossible to know what to say.I've previously given this app a 4 star, but now I need to lower it.

7. I don't recommend this app.This would be a 5 star rating, except that in the learning mode there are suddenly ads every three or four words.

8. I understand the need for ad revenue, but it seems like it could be done in a manner that doesn't interfere with the learning process.

9. Reverso is the best app for learning languages in context.

10. Auto-generated flash cards were of very poor quality, and the app said I didn't have enough vocab saved to use my own for flash cards, even though I had more than 1,000 entries.

11. Could you please fix this? I don't want my typing erased just because I paused to look at a different app.I signed up for the trial, but the app didn't upgrade my account.

1. Fix Reverso Translate and Learn Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

  3. Clear Reverso Translate and Learn app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Reverso Translate and Learn servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Reverso Translate and Learn" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Reverso Translate and Learn app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Reverso Translate and Learn might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Reverso Translate and Learn. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Reverso Translate and Learn then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Reverso Translate and Learn not working


2. Fix Reverso Translate and Learn Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Reverso Translate and Learn be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Reverso Translate and Learn not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Reverso Translate and Learn may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • Greetings from Innsbruck, Austria. I am by this email kindly requesting that you suspend the rest of my 2023 Annual Subscription for "Reverso", and refund the balance amount for the rest of the year due to a situation beyond my control.

    I will resume subscription in August when I am back to the States. For now, a refund and suspension of my subscription will be the best option for me. This will save me from undue bank overdraft penalties and restore my bank balanced state.

    I am a student in Austria, University of Innsbruck. Since last month I have had a difficulty accessing my US bank account, due to a verification challenge. I am therefore unable to have control of my bank account. This is because my USA telephone number (connected to my account) which my bank would like to use to send me a code for the purpose of verification has been inactive for some time now, due to the fact that I am out of the USA.

    The regular biometric access to the account has been blocked too. So I can't deposit checks nor make transactions. I unfortunately received an E-mail notice this morning that my account is in the negatives and that without rectifying it, the bank will begin to deduct overdraft fees.

    Unfortunately, I can only correct that when I am back to the States in person. I therefore wanted to request that, apart from the May 2023 subscription, the amount for the rest of the months be refunded and my subscription suspended until I rectify the situation in August, this Summer, when I am in the USA.
