Why should I report an Issue with Snaappy - AR Social Network?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of Snaappy Inc to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. Requires number to sign in.Worst app ever , there is only one option to sign up ،which is phone number.and that doesn't work at all.

2. This app should be removed from the play store since that goes against the policy for having apps.It doesn't want to log me in!!!!! I tried many times!! Every time said "check your Internetconnection" although my connection is very good!!! And I tried by several ways!!It's not stable.

3. Why don't you compress the big stuffs and unzip them on installation or you can just add them to the app on first launchAsks for phone number, I have every reason to not trust that.

4. That's because they give your phone number to companies so they will harass you about "which weed killer you use" or if "you may be eligible for a getaway".

7. And there is captcha on top of it ۔uninstalling.Just one problem....it locks up and have to power down phone...reboot. help please ....I can't film its locking up.

8. I get it's supposed to be like messenger but with augmented reality, so it needs it but I don't think it's worth the risk.I like the thought of this app but I really didn't like that yr location is on show for everyone to see.

9. If the things would be showing real then there would more fun.. I tried to make videos but not impressed with video.

10. Then out of nowhere your phone blows up with telemarketers and scams.

1. Fix Snaappy Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Snaappy: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Snaappy App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Snaappy" » Open Snaappy - AR Social Network » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Snaappy » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Snaappy - AR Social Network app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Snaappy servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Snaappy - AR Social Network" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Snaappy app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Snaappy might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Snaappy. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Snaappy then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Snaappy not working

2. Fix Snaappy Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Snaappy be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Snaappy not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Snaappy may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
