1. The app itself is nice but the ads are ridiculous!! I understand some apps contains ads but along with teaching numbers, I have to teach my 2 year old how to close ads too! Every 3 minutes he comes to me for help because the ads contain links to websites as well which is dangerous for toddlers! Limit the ads or make them friendly for the TODDLERS that's using the apps!!!!!!We've played a few Baby Panda games, but this one is my daughter's favorite! I think it's her most favorite of all her games for now.

2. Could you please remove some of the ads? Otherwise I will uninstall ALL of the baby bus games off her tablet.It's cute and educational at the same time.Well so far i have 10 apps of baby bus in my baby's tablet she learn while she play .

5. We can also play this offline so it's extra helpful when we are traveling.

1. Fix Ba Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Ba: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Ba App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Ba" » Open Baby Panda Learns Numbers » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Ba » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Baby Panda Learns Numbers app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Ba servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Baby Panda Learns Numbers" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Ba app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Ba might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Ba. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Ba then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Ba not working

2. Fix Ba Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Ba be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Ba not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Ba may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
