1. It only showed part of the address.This app took money out of my account after I canceled one day into the free trial, and it wasn't the trial I was going to subscribe to.

2. Did not function as required, Instructing credit card not to pay their bill.Trash app I went to fill out my address and it wouldn't show the full address I texted in.

3. You sign up thinking it's a 30 day, cancel at anytime before the trial ends..no charge.

1. Fix signNow Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart signNow: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.

   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "signNow" » Open signNow: Sign & Fill PDF Docs » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for signNow » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear signNow: Sign & Fill PDF Docs app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from signNow servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "signNow: Sign & Fill PDF Docs" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check signNow app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, signNow might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall signNow. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall signNow then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing signNow not working
