Why should I report an Issue with Cantina?

1. You can also have it as using an app, like Snapchat.It's pretty cool if you just wanna watch a youtube video or listen to music with friends, but if you wanna watch a show it's almost impossible! You cant connect it to Netflix or hulu, which really sucks, so I'd love to rate this app more but I really want a way to connect it to other apps I wanted to watch the promised neverland with a friend but I couldnt.Buggy and low quality! I thought this would spice up the normal FaceTimes I have with my girlfriend since we love watching YouTube videos together but it turned out being a buggy mess.

2. :/ You don't get notified about messages that are sent, even while in call or in the call room which is pretty annoying.This app is wonderful to use if you want to make your calls more enjoyable, especially since you all can watch videos, put pictures, and much more, I am giving it a 3 because it kicks us out of app sometimes randomly, it is hard to find the videos that we want watch, it has different buttons for everyone so not everyone can't cover their face, but it is nice if you are looking for fun during quaratine!While using the phone number of the user allows friends to be added easier, I dont think it should be mandatory.

3. This is the only place that I know will allow me to watch youtube with friends.The app has nice features, but it heats up my phone very quickly and the person I would be calling with also had the same issue.

4. Using airtime, we watch Youtube videos and movies together which is awesome! His app seems to crash on his iPhone, but on Android seems to be fairly stable.

5. I think I'm going to delete it or keep trying something until they fix this issue! And also, since you have to find your friends because there's no skip button, I HAVEN'T EVEN GOT TO THE REST OF THE APP.Please go back to the old Airtime.. Me and my friends havent used it since the big update in like 2018.

7. It is the easiest and best way I've found to do so with our phones.When I wad first making my account, it took forever for it to add friends from my contacts.

8. The old way even looked better.. It has been over a year now, we keep checking back to see if the app is fixed.. If you went back to the original Airtime, that would be great for everyone.. It ran smooth.. It was just fine.I used to love the app.

9. A person would recieve their personal friend code, which they can show their friends and become friends on the app.

10. After a certain time airtime started having lots of bugs anf my phone would constantly crash.

11. Selecting a youtube video took multiple trys with videos disapering before I could select them.

1. Fix Cantina Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Cantina: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Cantina App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Cantina" » Open Cantina » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Cantina » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Cantina app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Cantina servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Cantina" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Cantina app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Cantina might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Cantina. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Cantina then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Cantina not working

2. Fix Cantina Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Cantina be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Cantina not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Cantina may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
