1. Newest updates of OS and RoboForm haven't fixed the problem.Awesome, I've been using it for over a decade they've come a long way they were the first password storage, and still are, that speaks for itself.

2. All in all superb program.I've been using Roboform for a long time now, at least five or six years, starting with the free version, but I've been paying for the pro version for a long time since.

3. Another annoying aspect is the pop ups asking if I want to save the login information that is already saved.I've been using Roboform for at least 10 years, and have found it an excellent app.

4. Works well on my laptop and desktop, not so much on the android Samsung Galaxy S22.Great for filling forms and accessing passwords.

5. However, the mobil app rarely works as advertised, takes up too much real estate (such as when trying to watch videos) and I end up having to manually fill in my username and password, anyway.

6. Fortunately the time left on my subscription is enough to find a better alternative.Started using RoboForm in windows where it was easy to use and wonderful.

7. Roboform is easy to use, portable and allows me the ability to track all previous passwords.

8. I have been a paid subscriber to RoboForm for over 15 years.

9. Having a serif font would make it much easier for me to read the passwords.Everything WAS working really well, until I updated MP.

10. The only glaring deficiency I have found with the software, is the inability to change the font the password is displayed in.

11. When the chance icon does appear, I have to pause and sign in to roboform, even when I have done so moments before.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix RoboForm Password Manager Issues

1. Fix RoboForm Password Manager Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart RoboForm Password Manager: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the RoboForm Password Manager App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "RoboForm Password Manager" » Open RoboForm Password Manager » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for RoboForm Password Manager » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear RoboForm Password Manager app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from RoboForm Password Manager servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "RoboForm Password Manager" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check RoboForm Password Manager app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, RoboForm Password Manager might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall RoboForm Password Manager. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall RoboForm Password Manager then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing RoboForm Password Manager not working

  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make RoboForm Password Manager be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to RoboForm Password Manager not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, RoboForm Password Manager may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
