1. You can't upload a photo as it won't let you and it won't let you create a clan which I would of thought it was to be an agency owner? When emailing to ask questions about these things you never get a replyThis app is Great !!! it has a lot of potential as more than another social media site im using so far,,, i think this app will absolutely lead the way in the future as a new and exciting way of social media being used across the board...thumbs up!!!this app doesn't have a privacy policy which it should have since it's collecting our personal information.

2. Deleted.Stupid app.. doesn't work, nothing happens, nobody at streams and last but not least... please don't downloadGreat app!! Ive tried many other live streaming apps and this takes the cake BY FAR!! Love the fun of gambling on my gifts to get more coins.

3. Be careful, it's so addicted 🤣 I can't find other app like this, you can make a friends and earn money at the same time!!!!tried to sign up.

1. Fix Live Up Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Live Up: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Live Up App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Live Up" » Open Live Up » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Live Up » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Live Up app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Live Up servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Live Up" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Live Up app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Live Up might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Live Up. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Live Up then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Live Up not working

2. Fix Live Up Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Live Up be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Live Up not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Live Up may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
