Why should I report an Issue with Rewards - Prizes & Rewards?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of Placed to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

Otherwise, I don't recommend.I'm admittedly not great at keeping up with the surveys and stuff, but I've had this app for about 3 years, have been taking surveys when I can and only have enough points for a $2 amazon gift card... And what on earth happened with the redisign? The old design looked very clean and appealing.

2. Doesn't exactly give people a chance to redeem their points and I would love to actually be given a chance to redeem them!For the past few days I noticed I'm not getting anymore points from location and my daily location check-in isn't working.

3. It already takes years to accumulate enough points for a gift card, this just sets back even more!It worked great for years, but all of a sudden nothing will load and the app just doesn't work anymore.

4. Preferably just gow to redeem my points so I can just uninstall the app.In the beginning it worked just fine and I even was able to redeem some money (with some troubles, though).

5. When I first starting using it several years ago, I was surprised by the ease of racking up points and the daily surveys which have slowed down dramatically over the last year.

10. It functions well in the background (provided you allow the permissions it asks for), doesn't interfere with the functions of other apps that use the same permissions, and doesn't chuck random push notifications in your face every couple of hours (quite unlike some of my apps).

11. I understand you needed to integrate new features or whatever, but you could've done that about a million others ways that would've been 100× better than thisGood at record keeping, but I'm not getting anything listed in the sweepstakes or prize redemption lists.

1. Fix Rewards Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Rewards: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Rewards App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Rewards" » Open Rewards - Prizes & Rewards » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Rewards » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Rewards - Prizes & Rewards app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Rewards servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Rewards - Prizes & Rewards" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Rewards app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Rewards might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Rewards. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Rewards then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Rewards not working

2. Fix Rewards Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Rewards be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Rewards not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Rewards may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
