Why should I report an Issue with Dhamma Thitsar?

1. The New replacement for app can't let us download the files directly to our phone storage... they remain only in app's storage ( fair idea for copyrighted audios) BUT MANY OF US JUST WANT TO PLAY THEM FROM OUR MUSIC APP DIRECTLY TO SAVE POWER USAGE AND DATAI can choose and listen to Dhamma mp3 files.

2. The selection is great and all but if I open and download Tayaar A and I want to open Tayaar C, the Tayaar C that opens always goes back and plays the first Tayaar A.

3. This needs to be fixed and should be looked at to how to improve this app even further.Thank you so much for all the dhamma sharing .. I have found a great variety of dhamma.

4. But sometimes files got deleted by itself when not playing for some days.The app cannot open or download 2nd Mp3 files after I open the 1st one.

5. I'm currently using Samsung Galaxy A12 and there is one issue on my phone which the downloaded files are not stored more than days.

6. Thanks a lot for creating this app.Best app to learn more about Dhamma ( audio quality is clear enough ) but sadly this app can't be used anymore.

7. It would be more convenient if we can find the dhamma by names.It's a very good Dhamma talks app.

1. Fix Dhamma Thitsar Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Dhamma Thitsar: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Dhamma Thitsar App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Dhamma Thitsar" » Open Dhamma Thitsar » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Dhamma Thitsar » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Dhamma Thitsar app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Dhamma Thitsar servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Dhamma Thitsar" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Dhamma Thitsar app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Dhamma Thitsar might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Dhamma Thitsar. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Dhamma Thitsar then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Dhamma Thitsar not working

2. Fix Dhamma Thitsar Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Dhamma Thitsar be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Dhamma Thitsar not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Dhamma Thitsar may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
