I'm just trying to braodcast y'all need to fix thisI have used this app on my iPhone and works flawlessly when purchasing rubys and subscribing to the Premium, but i tried to use it now on an My Samsung and I havent seen anything of my subscriptiom going live the very moment.. It really sucks that i cant get my money back cause of the policies so its basically useless to use anything on the appCan you help ? I tried logging in with 2 accounts and now I can't log in.. even from the old one.

2. i also tried all your help emails and say the same thing just hit "restore purchases" this app is just a scam takes your money and gives you nothing.The app is alright, but the daily wheel is a big scam, it shows a bunch of rewards you could get but no matter what it will always land on either 5 rubies or 1 ruby, very rarely will it land on 10 or 20.

Guarantee that more people would enjoy the app with the wheel fixedIt won't do anything when trying to setup account keyboard won't pop up after you put your gender plus google login doesn't work either app just freezes everytime an re opening app doesn't fix it either I'm unable to use this appThis app really suck I purchased a subscription of 250 diomonds and still haven't received them.

4. Can't get support to correct a purchase of Ruby's that wasn't received muchless getting a reply back from them.

5. You should have fixed the issue B4 nowapp shows many adds they are quick to receive payment but take forever to give you the rubys that you buy.

6. Do not spend money on Ruby's or premium.

7. I even tried re installing but it doesn't work.I've downloaded this app several times.

1. Fix Glow Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Glow: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Glow App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Glow" » Open Glow: Go Live, Stream & Chat » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Glow » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Glow: Go Live, Stream & Chat app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Glow servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Glow: Go Live, Stream & Chat" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Glow app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Glow might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Glow. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Glow then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Glow not working

2. Fix Glow Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Glow be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Glow not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Glow may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
