1. I'm still giving you five stars because it's potential.I'm a Superbook Kickstarter backer and was excited to receive the Superbook, but cannot get it to connect to my BB KeyOne Android Nougat phone.

App menu also needs to be larger, either switch to grid, or add more columns (or option), when a large number of apps are installed it can be an pain to find what you're looking for, also when clicking letter to jump to that area of list should be fixed, currently if I click "s" for example it jumps to display the dry FIRST entry at the bottom of the list, it should jump to bring you selection to the top.

5. Very disappointing that I now have a screen, keyboard and plastic cover that does nothing but show a floating "connect your phone" graphic all the time.app is not stable.

6. On the few occasions I do not get this overlay bug, it does kind of work.Unfortunately this app just is not playing that nicely with Android 9 pie.man I would pay $20 for this app gladly easily if the developer would start working on it again there's nothing else out there like it.

8. Missed potential to sum it upThe app is very good for doing our work in a desktop environment and I personally liked it, but there needs to be some bug fixes and some tweaks to the app.

9. So I only get the desktop on the phone and no mirroring on the Superbook.

10. I've tried everything I can think of with Displaylink Presenter and Sentio desktop, uninstalling, re-installing, but the USB doesn't prompt me to choose Displaylink as the default; even tried refreshing in the Displaylink app as suggested.

11. It is a very serious bug, and when it happens it instantly forces a restart because force closing Sentio Desktop does not kill the bug.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Sentio Desktop Issues

1. Fix Sentio Desktop Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Sentio Desktop: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Sentio Desktop App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Sentio Desktop" » Open Sentio Desktop » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Sentio Desktop » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Sentio Desktop app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Sentio Desktop servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Sentio Desktop" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Sentio Desktop app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Sentio Desktop might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Sentio Desktop. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Sentio Desktop then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Sentio Desktop not working


2. Fix Sentio Desktop Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Sentio Desktop be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Sentio Desktop not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Sentio Desktop may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

I bought this system from a friend & I can't get the desktop app totally set up on my phone. it says "overlay permission, when I go to the next screen it says "appear on top...this may interfere with your use of other apps. and it has a list of my apps. but then there is nothing else I can do. unless it wants me to turn off ALL of my apps ??
