1. Any app that forces you to rate prior to use, is scored based on dishonesty, and who wants to truly do business with dishonest or corner cutting individuals? So they can male money, while the user could potentially waste data? **TO THOSE TRACKING THEIR DATA** usage & costs, this is certainly not the app for you.im apprehensive.

2. If Devs could fix this bug (if it is at all one), I would rate 5 stars as this is potentially the best comprehensive mobile investigator app on playstore!only used once and then unwanted and unauthorized hacker makes it freeze up while generating report.

3. Now, there isn't an option to choose that.*****Wow. I will rarely rate apps, but this app, well... This app was not helpful and, it has you rate the app, prior to being able to use the apps available functions--4.7****? No.

4. cuz if a hacker can demobilize this app into not working then they also can rig up the report to their likening without being noticed.It's states in description that it copies sms/text messages.

5. it just recorded a lot of my discreet information and sent it somewhere.I just downloaded it and ran my first report.pdf So far its great, has everything you would want to know about your device.

1. Fix Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart : Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "" » Open Mobile Investigation Forensics » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Mobile Investigation Forensics app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Mobile Investigation Forensics" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall . If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing not working

2. Fix Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
