1. THANK YOU.Thanks for my 2nd pay-out! A hard job for a small income yet enjoying solving this image captchas especially when i'm not busy.. but one thing that has been my problem and its really annoying.. sometimes it always says to try again as if i'm doing something wrong! it makes me think that maybe there are some pictures are hiding in some images.. fix this and i'll give it a 5 star.. thanks anyway! Love this app!At first it was working great, but now even when 100% percent sure I chose the correct images, I keep getting the message "Please try again" and then I have to solve even 6 recaptcha in a row to get 0.001$. That's not fair.

2. Sometimes I click on "Verify" button then ask me fill up captcha again but I didn't have any wrong.even I earn 1 sent by waste in a lot of time about 30 minutes above.so I tell you that don't download this app to lost your valuable time.You should definitely improve your app.

3. I don't know where the fault lies, but if it can be fixed, it will be great, because it is kinda frustrating, and you end up doing more than one captcha, even after filling it correctly.It waste my time.

4. It takes a lot of time to loading.and many more are "Skip" button not "Verify" button.

5. No matter how careful you are when answering those particular captcha types, it must always tell you to try again.

1. Fix 2Captcha bot Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart 2Captcha bot: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the 2Captcha bot App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "2Captcha bot" » Open 2Captcha bot » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for 2Captcha bot » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear 2Captcha bot app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from 2Captcha bot servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "2Captcha bot" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check 2Captcha bot app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, 2Captcha bot might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall 2Captcha bot. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall 2Captcha bot then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing 2Captcha bot not working

2. Fix 2Captcha bot Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make 2Captcha bot be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to 2Captcha bot not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, 2Captcha bot may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
