There is nothing worse than seeing your 5 year old child getting all excited to play a Rooplay game, but can't because the app thinks the parent doesn't have a subscription (which I do and being charged for it (proof being in emails and statements), and not being able to access the product being paid for on a monthly basis.The game overall looks very clean.

2. I really enjoy the number of options for games to choose from as well as the graphics and quality of the animations.Definitely a decent game and a neat idea that I without a doubt believe most younger kids would enjoy.

3. One thing I would like to point out is, you guys should make the "free option" a little bit bigger, it can be missed if not seen due to the small font.A good game for kids.

1. Fix Rooplay Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Rooplay: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Rooplay App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Rooplay" » Open Rooplay - Safe Learning Games for Kids » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Rooplay » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Rooplay - Safe Learning Games for Kids app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Rooplay servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Rooplay - Safe Learning Games for Kids" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Rooplay app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Rooplay might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Rooplay. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Rooplay then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Rooplay not working

2. Fix Rooplay Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Rooplay be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Rooplay not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Rooplay may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
