1. I would give it 10 stars if I could.Great app and easy to use.Don't know when I install this appThe best! I cannot tell you how much this improves my life! It allows me to categorize all my app shortcuts and organize them into useful folders on my home screen.

3. This app really needs an update or an alternative.gave up on it five years ago? and that review was 2018 .so in 2013 the developer gave up? damn get over it and get a newer device instead of that relic you keep maintaining with only 6 gb of ram memory.

4. They revert back to the app icon, (photos on top of the gear), every time you reboot, or battery runs out, etc.. This gets to be VERY aggravating especially when you have several shortcut folders on your home screen.

5. It has limited icons for home screen shortcut folders & the icons do not stay.

6. Please fix this.This used to be a must have, I now realize that the developer gave up on the app 5 years ago, which explains the crashing problem when you try to change anything.

1. Fix Smart Shortcuts Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Smart Shortcuts: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Smart Shortcuts App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Smart Shortcuts" » Open Smart Shortcuts » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Smart Shortcuts » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Smart Shortcuts app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Smart Shortcuts servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Smart Shortcuts" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Smart Shortcuts app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Smart Shortcuts might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Smart Shortcuts. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Smart Shortcuts then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Smart Shortcuts not working

2. Fix Smart Shortcuts Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Smart Shortcuts be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Smart Shortcuts not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Smart Shortcuts may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
