Why should I report an Issue with ReplayIt?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. I click to see the other pictures to submit some new pics, and then the app crashes.Doesn't work if you can't upload pics! The idea of this is good.

2. This app and trying to do a full page for my son, it is HORRIBLE!!! 😠 Downloaded the app on an iPad, two smartphones, and installed Flash on my laptop, still can't get my son's pictures uploaded.

3. Also doesnt allow you to upload from your phone, if you try to send it from your pictures to replay instead of going on replay and searching the pictures thru the camera on there.

4. Because it took so long to upload, I thought it failed so I uploaded again and have 2 copies and can't delete the duplicate (or any photos) 4.

5. Worse, it's frustrating and causes others to be frustrated that your pictures aren't being shared.This app sucks.

6. You can only upload a few pictures, so to try which picture looks best, you have to delete and reload.

7. Please remove this app.It's so frustrating! My daughter graduated in 2017, easy breezy through the school for her full page ad.

8. Once i saw my pictures i would click on them and save it and then go back to the main page and scroll down.

9. I have been trying to upload photos for my son's Senior Recognition ad for days now with no luck.

10. However, it's useless if you can't get your pictures to upload.

1. Fix ReplayIt Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart ReplayIt: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the ReplayIt App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ReplayIt" » Open ReplayIt » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ReplayIt » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear ReplayIt app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ReplayIt servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ReplayIt" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check ReplayIt app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ReplayIt might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall ReplayIt. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ReplayIt then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ReplayIt not working

2. Fix ReplayIt Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ReplayIt be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ReplayIt not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ReplayIt may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
