Why should I report an Issue with PCG RESOURCES?

However, I humbly suggest that tunes will be added to the hymnals so that they can guide most of us in singing some of the hymns that we rarely sing at Church gatherings.Add zooming and Dark( Night ) MODE Since it is about text, there should be easy reading depending on the eye sight of the reader.

2. But can you please add the audio (keyboard version) to assist us on the hymns we don't know how to sing well and add favorite on the dashboard so that we can mark our favorite hymns for easy reference.

3. Regards, ✏It's a great App but the Almanac which is also an important feature of this App has not been updated to the current year.

4. It makes it easier for Choirs to pick up the right tunes and sing as well as aid especially the youth who are not too familiar with most of the hymns.

5. For every hymn, the tune can be attached in such a way that upon a click of a button, the tune will be played to assist the listener know how to sing the hymn.

1. Fix PCG RESOURCES Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart PCG RESOURCES: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the PCG RESOURCES App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "PCG RESOURCES" » Open PCG RESOURCES » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for PCG RESOURCES » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear PCG RESOURCES app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from PCG RESOURCES servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "PCG RESOURCES" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check PCG RESOURCES app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, PCG RESOURCES might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall PCG RESOURCES. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall PCG RESOURCES then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing PCG RESOURCES not working

2. Fix PCG RESOURCES Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make PCG RESOURCES be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to PCG RESOURCES not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, PCG RESOURCES may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
