1. Though for some reason it stopped alerting for the last 8 hours - I reinstalled the app a few times and changed the settings but nothing worked.Much better than other red alert apps, because you can control the sound! Thank you! I would like a map of all the rocket locations, not just individual locations.

2. Has been great up u til now UPDATE! Thank you for replying and getting it back up and running!An error that said it cannot set push notifications and all settings are grayed out.

3. Will install again when volume controll will be addedApp is downloaded but stuck on "signing up for push notifications".

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix RedAlert Issues

1. Fix RedAlert Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart RedAlert: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the RedAlert App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "RedAlert" » Open RedAlert - צבע אדום » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for RedAlert » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear RedAlert - צבע אדום app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from RedAlert servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "RedAlert - צבע אדום" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check RedAlert app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, RedAlert might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall RedAlert. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall RedAlert then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing RedAlert not working


2. Fix RedAlert Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make RedAlert be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to RedAlert not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, RedAlert may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
