1. Also, who's genius idea was it to put the keyboard function in a pull-down from the top menu? Exactly where most of our phones have the pull-down notification window?The touch sensitivity is to much over the recent year! When I try to click by tapping, half of the time it doesn't register because it thought I was moving the cursor by 1 or 2 pixels! When I try to drag to precise position, and I retract my fingers, it always move the cursor one extra time at the end, since it is too sensitive! PLEASE FIX IT! You were good in the beginning, but now you're not!I use this program on desktop almost daily and recently needed to use my phone as the viewer, searched the Play Store and delightfully installed this.

2. The new toolbar is not really needed to view the keyboard if you have the app ShowKey.With the recent addition of a tools "bubble", Android can now force a keyboard open when needed.

3. The new floating toolbar is idiotic, it blocks the view of the top of the screen and you have to constantly hide and unhide if you want to toggle mouse and keyboard controls.

4. Very well designed, streamlined for efficient navigation, intelligent features, fast bug fixes, and I very rarely experience the kinds of connection problems and latency issues I've run into with other similar applications.

5. That's too bad since I was really looking forward to using this app for my remote desktop connections while in DeX mode.

1. Fix RealVNC Viewer Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart RealVNC Viewer: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the RealVNC Viewer App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "RealVNC Viewer" » Open RealVNC Viewer: Remote Desktop » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for RealVNC Viewer » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear RealVNC Viewer: Remote Desktop app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from RealVNC Viewer servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "RealVNC Viewer: Remote Desktop" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check RealVNC Viewer app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, RealVNC Viewer might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall RealVNC Viewer. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall RealVNC Viewer then reinstall.
