1. Its been at least 2 years and still havent fixed the issue... Im done, other options to find local news.Best weather station in TexasRarely opens and when it does it takes a long time, and now these very annoying pop up ads keep appearing and auto playing.

2. They also still say they will update the story as more news becomes available.

3. I keep getting an error message about no internet connection, but I am indeed connected to the internet.Normally really enjoy the app to get my news, but lately something has happened.

4. Uninstalling.I can't get the news app to open since the recent update.

5. Please do something about this new issue or I will delete.I used to live on the KLTV app, read it through everyday, but this new update is terrible.

6. So frustrating!!! The notifications NEVER take you to what it notified you of!!! Guess I'll be trying another news app.

1. Restart KLTV 7 News: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the KLTV 7 News App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "KLTV 7 News" » Open KLTV 7 News » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for KLTV 7 News » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear KLTV 7 News app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from KLTV 7 News servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "KLTV 7 News" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
