1. Too many videos is 2nd.to many dang ads can't even open the app to watch what your notification was for and it's an ad for 30 seconds once ad is over it's totally something else I understand ads are how you get operating money but I don't want are in my phone are are taking over phones you can't hardly use phone anymoreUp until the latest update it was good.

2. Galaxy s9Since the last update the news stories are not updating on a regular basis and I am unable to change locations on the weather portion of the app.

4. I've also had articles disappear and me go back to KFVS home screen WHILE I'm reading... And this is my 3rd phone with the KFVS app... Same issues nothing new...I have this app downloaded to my Roku TV.

1. Fix KFVS12 Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart KFVS12: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the KFVS12 App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "KFVS12" » Open KFVS12 - Heartland News » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for KFVS12 » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear KFVS12 - Heartland News app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from KFVS12 servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "KFVS12 - Heartland News" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check KFVS12 app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, KFVS12 might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall KFVS12. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall KFVS12 then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing KFVS12 not working

2. Fix KFVS12 Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make KFVS12 be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to KFVS12 not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, KFVS12 may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
