You lost meApp gave me problems buying and loading chapters, kept telling me that my internet isn't working when it works for everything else, they charge more than any other reading app for chapters, and their customer service told me I have to spend more money to get a refundThe story I browsed so far has perfect grammar and author has good command of the language, so the narrative could easily be understood.
2. Also after the last update, it shows wrong reading time...The stories aren't bad but the price for each book is pretty steep.
3. I love reading but it's not possible for me to spend so much money on just one book.
4. Early on, I could visualize the appearance of the main characters through descriptive words used by the writer, which made up for a satisfying reading experience.The idea is good, but the texts are full of mistakes, sometimes to the point where they don't make sense.
5. I can bare with the many grammar mistakes but I can't accept that I need to spend $30 to finish an online book of low quality.
6. I just used up 300 coins and I am only at 4% of the book, imagine how much I need to spend to finish the whole book.
7. I'm not sure if it's just me, but the app doesn't track time spent reading accurately so the rewards scheme doesn't work either.This is my 1st time trying the app.
8. The free points are very limited and when I paid for the additional points, it was finished in a short time (only read 20% of the story with that payment).
9. Also, the grammar is terrible.I finished 30 chapters for free and then I spent $10 to buy coins.

11. Also they have a rewards scheme that's tagged to time you spent reading.
I read the story on contract lover then i deleted the app by mistake, after that i downloaded the app but unfortunately it starts from the first chapter which is too costly
I added coins and money was taken out of my bank but coins are not in my account
I bought 300coins ... money has been deducted from my account but it has not been retrieved... I cannot continue with my reads... Please help

I’ve been charged for chapters your app will not let me access. I’m currently on the phone with Apple for a refund. I’ve tried to reach you several times, several ways with no response. I read through a lot of online book apps... yours is extremely unprofessional. I’ve never had such a problem resolving an issue
