1. I do like the reminders of my time too since I'm a little forgetful to send it each week.This app is amazing, I can quickly enter my timecard in seconds with little errors and trouble due to its ability to remember your time card from the previous day and week.

2. Several of the action buttons are non responsive, therefore, not allowing me to sign in, enter my time or copy from previous day or week.

3. I would like to be as efficient as possible when it comes to my time and I like how easy it is to copy my timecard for each week.

4. For example, when I try to hit Save, Copy Time From Previous Week, the menu drop down, or the back button.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Magnit VMS Issues

1. Fix Magnit VMS Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Magnit VMS: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Magnit VMS App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Magnit VMS" » Open Magnit VMS Mobile » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Magnit VMS » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Magnit VMS Mobile app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Magnit VMS servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Magnit VMS Mobile" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Magnit VMS app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Magnit VMS might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Magnit VMS. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Magnit VMS then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Magnit VMS not working


2. Fix Magnit VMS Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Magnit VMS be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Magnit VMS not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Magnit VMS may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
