1. i press on a random blank spot, and it lets me edit a black canvas ._. And it has srsly no brushes whatsoever, and way, way, WAY too many ads for an "editing app" i reccomend IBIS Paint X, its better.

2. I tried to click on one of them it shows a black screen with crop and other tools but when i pressed crop it just shows me the sizes and thats it it doesn't show me the line and everything it just shows me a black screen with sizes at the bottom.

3. Then i tried to press the edit button.. it shows my gallery AND ITS ALL BLACK AND BLANK.

4. I'll be sticking to Ibis Paint X from now on.This app sucks, ngl ._. I tried to edit a picture and it was all blank.

5. And when you randomly select one and try to upload it, it doesn't work! Terrible I'll stick to IbisPaint!!!!!It's a photo editing app and a bad one at that.

6. They could atleast have put more effort into it tho!)Topnotch potential!! Pity about the "Brush" (Pencil/Magic/Neon) function not having an opacity tool like the other functions.

Kudos, guys, awesome app so far!!It would not let me do anything I tried to do an art thing where you put an image and a few colors and it colors in the image but I couldn't even do anything if it let me do things it would be better so if you could do anything to fix that and let us do our own art ill download it again.

8. How dare they say that to me, I just want to draw kermit the frog hugging sans undertaleI would've loved to use this, it seems good in theory besides the fact that none of the options work.

9. The "pinching" of the blur and splash functions also doesn't work.

10. I downloaded this hoping for a bit more features than Ibis Paint X, and was deeply disappointed as I was met with nowhere near half of the features that Ibis Paint X has.

1. Fix Procreate Art Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Procreate Art: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Procreate Art App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Procreate Art" » Open Procreate Art » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Procreate Art » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Procreate Art app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Procreate Art servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Procreate Art" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Procreate Art app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Procreate Art might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Procreate Art. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Procreate Art then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Procreate Art not working

2. Fix Procreate Art Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Procreate Art be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Procreate Art not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Procreate Art may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
