1. There is no way to reorder them yourself, or lock the order to a specific type.Good but, will not load specification documents at times; example, I know we have front end docs specifications on the desktop version of procore but when trying to select it with the app it tells me there is "0" in the document.

2. Two, if I reorder the tiles in the "Tools" tab in one project, it should keep that same order for all projects.This app makes my life easier! A couple notes: it would be good if submittals could be responded to on the app and not just on the website.

4. (5 stars, sync issue fixed) Would help if I could add GPS to where I take pictures on plans.The user interface of this app closely resembles iOS, which is garbage in opinion.

5. Also, drawings get rearranged for some reason, so that when I'm looking for a specific drawing it may have been moved to the top of the list or it may be where it's supposed to be in the hierarchy.

6. First, when I do a search and then go back instead of showing the search results it goes back to the main drawing screen.

7. Depending how large your projects are this app uses more storage than any other by far (3-4 GB for me) I've knocked a star for that but other than that i think it's great.Not fully compatible with Fold 3 after recent updates.

1. Fix Procore Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Procore: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Procore App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Procore" » Open Procore » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Procore » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Procore app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Procore servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Procore" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Procore app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Procore might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Procore. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Procore then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Procore not working

2. Fix Procore Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Procore be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Procore not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Procore may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
