Why should I report an Issue with Ike - To-Do List, Task List?

Thank you!Best Design and Most Flexible, with multiple lists -- each with its own four categories -- BRILLIANT! 😋 Perhaps the only improvement I would suggest is to add e-mail 📧 reminders, although that might also introduce unnecessary overhead and complications, by users relying too much on e-mail messages and not paying sufficient attention to the app itself; so maybe e-mail notifications should be an option available only for specifically selected tasks? In any case, this app is awesome!This app is pretty useful.

2. Other tasks, I plan to do sooner, and would love to be able to choose a 15 minute snooze or 1 hour depending on the situation I encourage the developer to add these features, giving more flexibility to recurring tasks and reminders.

3. Also, being able to set recurring reminders is great for those tasks you have get done every day/week/month.

4. I hope you will understand and address this issue.I like it! It is easy to use and I love that it can be manipulated with sorting and category name changes and changes in where tasks are.

5. You can set recurring reminders for a certain day of the month (like the 1st or 4th), but there is not an option to get the reminder on the first Saturday of the month (for example).

6. In the case of my weekend tasks showing up on Tuesday, I would like to be able to snooze for multiple days.

7. I love being able to have multiple lists (work, household, personal) and to easily prioritize the lists based on urgency.

8. I wish there was a view where it would display the to-dos from every category in one long list just as an overview of what needs to be done, because it is easy to lose track every time you change sections to see what needs to be done.

9. I have many tasks that I wish to be reminded of every month, but if they all hit on a Tuesday, I am not going to be able to get to them right away.

10. Recommendation, I'd love to see a feature where users can change the text names for horizontal and vertical lines in the middle of all the categories.

11. Room for Improvement: Online support for backing up tasks or viewing on the PC would be great.

1. Fix Ike Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Ike: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Ike App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Ike" » Open Ike - To-Do List, Task List » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Ike » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Ike - To-Do List, Task List app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Ike servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Ike - To-Do List, Task List" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Ike app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Ike might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Ike. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Ike then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Ike not working

2. Fix Ike Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Ike be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Ike not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Ike may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
