1. I would like to know why it crashed the first time, especially when I was ready to submit something I was quite invested with and unfortunately didn't save.It's good for organizing my projects and characters! I sometimes forget what notebook has what information in it, so this is really nice to have.

2. I have an idea; the mini story that's created after putting in information on, say, a character? Let people edit that as well, to finish things up and make it look nice.

3. Also, the free version of the app allows ads even when writing.It's a good app! I love the fact it offers up challenges and the like for you to really get into the mindset of the character.

4. A few easily overlooked grammar issues as wellb but overall a wonderful app!Personally, I feel that the app is great, helped alot with developing a story and characters.

But, I feel with improvements along the way this app could be better because it has so much potential and is very helpful.The app overall is great, except for the typos here and there.

7. Mainly when you add a picture to a character or story, the app crashes and it can delete whatever else you were working on.

9. Some sentences flow awkwardly in the character page due to the formatting, so I believe that there should be a better guide on how we fill in certain information.

1. Fix Auctor Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Auctor: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Auctor App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Auctor" » Open Auctor: Character Generator » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Auctor » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Auctor: Character Generator app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Auctor servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Auctor: Character Generator" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Auctor app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Auctor might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Auctor. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Auctor then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Auctor not working

2. Fix Auctor Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Auctor be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Auctor not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Auctor may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
