Why should I report an Issue with FireWire?

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. Any ideas?App is great, just hoping they catch up to the functionality of the iOS version soon especially with notification settings! It's been a long wait for this app and doesn't disappoint!I can listen to Broadcastify and hear everything better.i don't hear much on this app, except a few dispatches.

2. Notification shade icons are all basic B&W but some apps do have a unique icon.Having trouble changing the notification sounds.

3. I know this is an Android limitation but if the icon could be changed so that it is distinguishable from other notifications that would be great.

4. Can only use "default" sound which is actually the default phone sound, not the old NYC Fire Wore default sound (MDT Ring).

5. I noticed that the icon in the notification shade is the standard bell 🔔.

1. Fix FireWire Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart FireWire: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the FireWire App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "FireWire" » Open FireWire » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for FireWire » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear FireWire app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from FireWire servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "FireWire" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check FireWire app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, FireWire might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall FireWire. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall FireWire then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing FireWire not working

2. Fix FireWire Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make FireWire be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to FireWire not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, FireWire may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
