1. This is it! Finally, the email client with everything you need! Here are some of the great perks: easy to use interface, automation, multiple accounts, unified mailbox, chat format, notes, calendar and file storage.

2. Please add syncing across devices and ability to import fonts; those missing pieces would make it the most perfect email client in the history of ever.UPDATE: After speaking with the Spike team and showing them different examples, they did agree that it was a bug.

3. I noticed this on the online and windows application, so I'm not sure if this an android only issue.I recently downloaded this and i have to say its almost perfect, I've tried at least 10 different email apps after inbox left.

4. If I don't finish an email, I can never find it again (yes I look in the drafts folder, for all and a specific account) I'm not sure if I'm missing emails, the UI is limited to Priority and Other which isn't exactly helping me with my Inbox woes.

1. Fix Spike Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Spike: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Spike App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Spike" » Open Spike - Email & Team Chat » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Spike » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Spike - Email & Team Chat app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Spike servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Spike - Email & Team Chat" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Spike app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Spike might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Spike. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Spike then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Spike not working

2. Fix Spike Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Spike be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Spike not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Spike may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
