1. It took 1 minute and 13 seconds JUST to load videos, and I don't even have a lot! Where did you guys learn how to code? Reddit?I don't usually give bad reviews, but if an app has to take more than 15 seconds to load up your videos-- somethings wrong.

2. It only take the most vivid images out of the video.It hangs on "loading videos" after a fresh install on a Huawei p20 pro, so cant get to use it.

3. As a comparison, the app QuickPic takes about 2 to 3 seconds to identify all pictures and videos on the phone.

4. Presumably broken by the aggressive advertising.Useless because it never gets past the "Loading videos please wait" part.

5. Takes FOREVER to load videos at the beginning.

6. Misleading app description.Giving it 4 for now cuz, it doesn't extract the video image by image like how i thought it would.

7. Literally anything else can handle my cluttered storage much better than this.It extracts images but only 1 per second within the range.

1. Fix Image Extractor Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Image Extractor: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Image Extractor App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Image Extractor" » Open Image Extractor - Video to Image Converter » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Image Extractor » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Image Extractor - Video to Image Converter app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Image Extractor servers.
