1. Really wish these issues would get resolved.The camera is fantastic at detecting subtle changes of lighting through the day and recording them (I.E when nothing is happening, often multiple 10 second clips in the same minute) and then will conveniently not record my dog when she is moving in front of it (the 10 second clip will start with her walking into view and the next clip will be minutes later when she is in a different location, nothing saved inbetween).
2. Overall a nice way to watch live and interact with a pet, but a little dissapointing with when it decides to record.I had issues with the app connecting to view the camera and it always closing the screen immediately and going back to the petcube app home screen.
3. 4 months after reporting the 1st problem of not being able to record videos in play mode with still no resolution.
4. Many times when she does get up and move around there's no notification at all! I've grown accustomed to checking the live camera because I know the notifications cannot be relied on, but more often than not I will get a black screen with a spinning circle, and no live images.
5. Started off with not being able to record videos in play mode, then being unable to talk to pet.
6. When they sent an update to fix the microphone problem, the video freezes after a few seconds of opening it.
7. For example, whenever I open the app, the camera shows no wifi, so I have to click on the settings tab, then click back, just to be able to see the camera.
8. Then, multiples times per week one of my cameras just goes offline, in that case I need to unplug the camera and after that it works good again.
9. Also, the treats that come with it clog the dispenser.I love the concept and everything BUT on my android phone I cant upload/watch videos of pets.
10. Please let me set times for autoplay, it starts when it's not my cats playtime and it shines in my eyes .... I have a tiny apartment, reconfigure your auto play to shine the laser closer to the unit please.
