1. They advertise customization as well as having a wide selection of widget options.... However, apparently my idea/understanding of "customization" and "wide variety" differs greatly.... Because other than measurement formula and pictures of clouds/the sun, I encountered very few customizable options (none of which applied to the widgets), and only a couple of widget options to choose from.

2. The only thing that I don't like is the daily low/high on the widget; my personal preference is high/low since I typically expect to know the day's high temp and then that night's low... I can deal with them on the scroll screen but the full page, bye bye app.I just installed this app, and while I'd love to review it on the merits of the app itself, I couldn't get more than a few seconds into it without full page ads popping up (3 of them during set-up alone) that hold you hostage for up to 30 seconds.

1. Fix Local Weather Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Local Weather: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Local Weather App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Local Weather" » Open Local Weather - Weather Widget » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Local Weather » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Local Weather - Weather Widget app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Local Weather servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Local Weather - Weather Widget" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Local Weather app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Local Weather might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Local Weather. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Local Weather then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Local Weather not working

2. Fix Local Weather Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Local Weather be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Local Weather not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Local Weather may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
