1. It is such a delight to peruse each issue.I am a professional pastry chef and find Pastry Arts Magazine outstanding for the fantastic content: the in depth articles on pastry professionals, recipes, new tools, equipment and techniques that are covered in each issue.
2. You have to flip through every...last...page between you and the specific article you want to read at the time.Beautiful magazine! The articles are interesting, the recipes look delicious, and the pictures are absolutely stunning! I love the convenience of being able to access it no matter where I am.
3. Also I want to add that the customer service for the magazine is notable as I asked a question about my subscription and was answered quickly and with great regard.I truly enjoyed reading the first issue.

6. I am probably the wrong target group.There many places you can get opinions on the subject but there are very few places one can get great, clear, concise professional information regarding pastry arts.

9. Definitely recommend!!Where are the all recipes? (issue 5!) I was really looking for a magazine that had a bit more sophisticated recipes and tricks from real chefs and patisseurs.
