What users are saying

1. It's buggy, it crashes, and it doesn't function right when it does work (e.g. can't move to a different section without flipping thru every page).

2. I searched a name and it came up in the news feed and in the e-paper!I've never had the 'paper' (down)load successfully using the app (Samsung S9, in-home wifi connection).

3. I think this had potential, it just doesn't work for me yet. After an article is selected, the app does not scroll correctly on Samsung S21 phone.

4. The search only gives me the e-paper version, but I just want to scroll and read.

5. When trying to scroll to continue reading it will usually jump to the end of article or some other random spot and has been doing this for months.

6. My experiences often go like this: I see a members exclusive story (ex: Sherman + Globitech) while browsing the web at work, but I'm not logged in so I can't read it.

7. Using the "restore subscription" button does not work.

8. Garbage. Most news articles won't completely fit on any smartphone and require scrolling to continue reading - understandable.

9. This app was last updated in October, these issues should have been fixed by now.Supposedly this app is "updated" -- but, as ever, if you want to use it on a Samsung tablet, don't waste your time.

10. You can choose your reading preference, either the e-paper or the news feed, which I prefer.

11. That version added something missing in the old version, the ability to navigate by sections, such as news, sports.
