Why should I report an Issue with Sermon Note?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. I can not use bullents in the app and now it wont even retrieve!messages feom the sermon feedIs a great app for sermons but I wish the Bible verses can be made too to open with installed Bibles and not only online BiblesIt's so nice, esp.

2. I have version 2.0 installed on an android 4.4.2 samsung tablet running kernel 3.4.5-2364900.I can't even start the app it comes up with an error message about the server having problems.

3. Before it was inaccessible making the app unuseful - although the new update version is a higher version, and not all android phone can accept it.

4. I suggest that since there is nothing different in the update, it should be reverted to the old version that accept all android phones.

1. Fix Sermon Note Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Sermon Note: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Sermon Note App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Sermon Note" » Open Sermon Note » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Sermon Note » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Sermon Note app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Sermon Note servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Sermon Note" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Sermon Note app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Sermon Note might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Sermon Note. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Sermon Note then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Sermon Note not working

2. Fix Sermon Note Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Sermon Note be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Sermon Note not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Sermon Note may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
