1. Why everytime should I receive OTP to login app while I am outside country and just need to pay you my invoice! what is the difference for you guys if I am using wifi or mobile data!! why the intermet fibre line is not appearing in the same app of mobile phone.. everytime I use this app I am suffering and I am sure one day will disconnect all orange services because of this app.The application isn't working from 2 months.Wow! nice application Orange.It's not working! Just cashing down over and over.
2. network infrastructure is very bad.I can't help but feel ripped off every time I access this app... I just recharged my minutes 3 days ago... Phone worked for 2 days, I missed a few calls but did not make any.
3. And it doesn't save any card credintials hence; it needs a lot of work to be as smooth and convenient as other apps from other operators.Too bad Too low signal Too low and slow connectionit's been crashing over & over again..not working at all.
4. Still not working after the update 31/3/23It's getting better but, the app doesn't show when your bundles expire and the credit card payment process is lengthy.
5. The doesn't remember the numbers I've paid for or recharged even my own number I have to enter it every time I need to recharge it.
6. I checked my minutes balance only to find that my minute balance is ZERO.honestly it is very bad app, when we talk about big telecom organizations we expect some more professional app.
7. can't access any service where the hell are maintenance.I'm very upset because I can't open the app using WiFi.
8. Tried to contact customer service many times to post acomplaint, no one answers.
9. The Worst mobile network.
10. Day 3, cannot dial out and are not receiving any calls.
11. I get a 0.4 MB download on a 4G network.
