1. I use the app to pay my bill and every month it doesn't show payment confirmation and show my bill as due even after my bank confirmation that the amount was paid! I used to call customer service to complain where they ask me to send a screenshot from MU bank SMS notification, but now I just ignore it hoping they will realize the issue!!!Very easy to use for variable purposes.
2. Poor rate if possible 😡 The number added to the freemax Family isnt appearing anymore .. So I am not able to remove or add new member .. Only done through #0# code.. Take care, as after your last system drop, alot of issues are showing in your apps and messages: incorrect data in notification messages , missing payments in DSL February bills.. etc.
3. And crashes every other day and has no option to schedule payments automatically.Just installed the latest update, horrible mistake, nothing works anymore.
4. Which becomes so frustratingSuddenly doesn't load my home 4G information although I'm connected to the wifi and opts out a username and a password! Since the new update it's impossible for me to get in the app as i used to do.

6. I don't understand how people say it doesn't give confirmation for bills because it shows the smallest details for you whenever you do something.
7. And that's NOT okayIt is a shame for a telecommunications company to face its clinets with an app that doesn't save credit card data.
8. I also have orange cash and sometimes I pay an amount of my bill and the app immediately deduct this amount from the original bill.
9. Every time you guys update it the app becomes worse.
10. The app seems like it is developed by college students , it works but it feels like it will crash anytime.
